My Smart goals for term 1

Writing Week 3 Term 1

Purpose: To set a learning goal for school (maths, reading and writing) and
personal.

WALT: Write set SMART goals (self reflection)

S.M.A.R.T. means Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time sensitive.
Specific: Don’t be vague. What exactly do you want?
Measurable: Quantify your goal. How will you know if you’ve achieved it or not?
Attainable: Be honest with yourself about what you can reasonably achieve
Realistic: It’s got to be doable, real and practical.
Time: Associate a time frame with each goal. When should you complete the goal?

My Writing Goal: is to add details to the main ideas
My Reading Goal: is to make it make sense, so I understand what I am reading.
My Maths Goal: is to learn my basic facts and move up the ladder

  1. Great SMART goals Libby. I can see you are practising your basic facts so you can move up the ladder. That will really help you in your maths learning. I cannot wait to read some of your writing when you are adding more details. This will help you to make sure your message is clear to the reader!
